Here the user must provide contact information for the delivery of goods and financial information [ credit card number etc] for orders. This information is used for payment and delivery use only. How do I pay for an order? All our items are priced in United Kingdom pounds sterling. Cheque… only for customers living within the United Kingdom. All details of where to send the cheque etc, will be sent to you when the order is confirmed by email. How will I know you have received my order? You will receive a confirmation E-Mail as soon as we have processed your order. You will then receive a second E-Mail confirming that your order has been despatched. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them to make sure you always have the highest level of security. You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you prefer. Will my item be insured? Insurance will be included in the delivery/shipping price. Are your items guaranteed? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of your orders delivery. On return of goods in original condition, a refund will be given, less shipping/postage/insurance. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Once payment has been received in full, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 days. All orders should be received within 14 days. |
