Returns and Satisfaction Policy

We have made every effort to display and describe the products featured as accurately as possible, including any flaws. If the item(s) are not what your ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of the incorrect quantity, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone within seven days of delivery of the goods. If you notify us of any problem relating to the goods our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to make good any shortage or non-delivery, or replace any damaged or defective goods. We will refund you the price paid by you for the goods. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss. These terms and conditions, together with our site prices, and the delivery details set out the whole agreement between us relating to the supply of the goods to you.

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods to you if that failure or delay is the result of events beyond our control.

We will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988 and the provisions of our Privacy Policy from time to time as displayed on our site in dealings with all information provided by you in relation to the supply of the goods to you.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT ( where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website system.

Payment can be made by any of the cards shown on the site, using our secure online payment system Worldpay. You can also pay by cheque or postal order if you prefer.

Postage

All postage/shipping quotes are based on the weight of the item[s] when wrapped and boxed. We take pride in our packing and you can rest assured that your item[s] will be wrapped and boxed with extra care. All postage/shipping prices are inclusive of insurance. U.K postage used will be either Special Delivery by Royal Mail or courier. Non U.K will be sent Royal Mail Airmail. Please email us with any questions about postage/shipping, before ordering.

Estimated guide to postage prices are as follows…. U.K Small package between £3.75 and £6.75. Medium package £8.00. Large package £22.00.[ Remember all inclusive of insurance ] Europe will be at an average of one and a half time the above prices. The rest of the world will be about double the cost.
